These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website operated by Metriqus Teknoloji ve İnovasyon A.Ş. (“Metriqus”, “Company”, “we”, “us”) at metriqus.com (“Site”), including all software, dashboards, subscription-based services, and products offered through the Site (collectively, the “Services”).
By visiting the Site or using any part of the Services, each real or legal person (“User”, “you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Metriqus is a data analytics platform developed to help mobile game studios better manage their marketing efforts. Through the platform, users can access features such as ad performance tracking, segmentation, player value prediction, and strategic insights into content performance. Metriqus is offered through a self-service dashboard interface. Certain features are accessible via subscription tiers.
These Terms are effective as of April 22, 2025. Metriqus reserves the right to update the Terms at any time without prior notice; changes become effective upon publication on the Site.
The Services are provided by Metriqus Teknoloji ve İnovasyon A.Ş., a corporation established under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

All intellectual property and commercial rights to the Site and Services (including domain name, brand, content, and software) are owned by Metriqus Teknoloji ve İnovasyon A.Ş.
Metriqus is a digital analytics platform tailored for mobile game studios. It enables users to monitor ad performance, optimize marketing strategies, and support data-driven decision-making based on player behavior.
Key features include:
- Core metrics for ad campaign tracking (e.g., impressions, clicks, cost, conversion)
- Channel-based performance comparison
- User segmentation and value prediction
- Visualized dashboards for campaign/user analytics
- Customizable dashboard interface
- Tiered access to analytics modules via subscription
Users can integrate ad platforms and in-game data sources into the platform. Most Services are self-service; users can configure and manage usage independently.

Metriqus reserves the right to modify, enhance, or terminate any aspect of the Services. Users must use the Services in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
Some Services require user registration. Users may be asked to provide personal information such as name, email address, and password.
Users are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate, current, and complete, and for updating their information as needed. Metriqus may suspend, restrict, or delete accounts that provide false, incomplete, or misleading information.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. Metriqus is not liable for losses due to unauthorized use of account details.
Metriqus reserves the right to modify or delete usernames that are offensive, violate trademark rights, or breach public decency.
Users may delete their accounts at any time; however, previously completed transactions remain unaffected.
Metriqus is offered through three subscription plans:
1. Free Plan: Limited access to core features. Designed for exploration and lead generation.
2. Analytics Master: Designed for small to mid-sized studios with access to segmentation and advanced metrics.
3. Data Pro+: Premium plan for studios with larger user bases, offering comprehensive analytics and custom reporting.
All paid subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled. Users may cancel anytime via their account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
In case of failed payment, access may be temporarily suspended. Users are notified via email and may resume access upon successful payment.
All payments are securely processed. Prices are clearly stated and subject to change with prior notice.
All software, designs, interfaces, text, algorithms, analytics, visuals, and other materials on the Site and platform are the intellectual property of Metriqus Teknoloji ve İnovasyon A.Ş. or used under license.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform solely for legitimate business purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any part of the platform;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to access the source code;
- Use Metriqus trademarks or branding without permission.
Violations may result in legal action.
Users agree to use the Services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. Obligations include:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date registration information
- Securing account credentials and not sharing them
- Not replicating or redistributing platform content or software
- Avoiding bots, scraping tools, or other automated activity
- Not uploading viruses or malicious content
- Refraining from misleading or harmful actions that may impact Metriqus or other users
Metriqus may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
Metriqus provides Services “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or flawless performance.
We are not liable for:
- Technical issues or service interruptions
- User misconfigurations or misinterpretation of analytics
- Third-party failures (e.g., ad networks, payment processors)
- Commercial losses arising from platform insights or models
Metriqus’ total liability is limited to the total amount paid by the user in the relevant service period.
Metriqus processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, KVKK). By using the Services, users agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
Personal data is collected for the purpose of service delivery, security, compliance, and user communication. Data may be shared only where legally required or with user consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved by the courts of Istanbul (Çağlayan), Türkiye.
Metriqus aims to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal remedies.
These Terms are effective as of April 22, 2025, and may be updated at any time by publishing a revised version on metriqus.com.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
Metriqus provides no express or implied warranties regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of its Services. Users access and use the Services at their own risk.
Metriqus is not liable for any losses, data issues, or damages resulting from use of the Services.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Metriqus and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or liabilities resulting from misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
All interactions, approvals, and notifications on the platform are conducted electronically and deemed legally binding.
